Club members have been enjoying the challenge of new and long forgotten dances that appear on two local dance programmes.
Tadley Scottish Country Dancers’ programme is based on dances devised by people who have a local connection. Amongst them there are dances by Jean Attwood, Ann Dix, Bill Forbes and Susan Johnston, who is the Chairman of the Tadley club.

Thursday, 19th September, the start of a new season of dancing with one new member joining. We are looking forward to the new season, practising the some of the more challenging dances as well as bringing on our recent beginners.
I have received several programmes from local clubs, for dances being held between now and Christmas, some are formal, dancing to live music; some are charitable events. or just dancing to recorded music.

Thursday, 27th June marks the final evening of the 2018/19 dance season. Apart from the garden dances organised by clubs in the area there will be no regular dancing until September. We shall again have a stand at the Hook Village Show on Sunday, 7th July. Do come along and visit us there.
